Since the beginning of implementing BMT (1990s) we observed that many people would use the beginning of their activating file (1-2 minutes) before playing the relaxing file.

That’s why in our common file you will feel, listen to activating tunes first before going to relaxing. You may replay your common file again to reach more relaxing effect. We don’t recommend you would listen to our Common File more than two times a day.
